Last year, Cesar Millan was sued for a dog that was injured at his facility. Read here for the case settlement. It seems amazing to me that no one at Cesar's facility or any instructor working with the dog noticed the fairly easy-to-identify signs of stress long before the dog collapsed.

Cesar Milan is brilliant, I watch his show every night.People who try to sue someone for trying to help others and the dogs are just absorlute idiots!
You know what get over yourselves and stop trying to get some money out of someone who has earned his own fortune the right way!.
Cesar you are a diamond!

Ever since I started using Ceasars philosophies and understanding the phycology my dogs have never been happier. You people that put Ceasar down ought try to understand his philosophies and listen and understand the man to see how brilliant he really is. I just wish I could have some one on one time with him to learn as much as I can off him. My dogs were already very obedient and now they are much happier.

why was the dog simply dropped off?? Why didn't he stay with him, or at least close to the facility?? It comes across as if the owner cares more about scandal and dragging down hardworking and committed people like Cesar Millan, and making money. Yes, it was unfortuante what happened, but if we dog owners are that "committed" to contact Cesar for help with our pets, we should follow through and stay with them along the way. Having him do the work is just the easy way out, and doesn't help.
I just read one of his books and within th efirst five minutes of applying his techniques on my Belgian Shepperd, I saw results. He knows exactly what he's taking about, so whoever questions that is just ignorant.

Cesar is the man, anyone who is popular and handles as many dogs as he does, will be sued eventually...always somebody looking to make a quick buck. Hats off to everyone standing up for Cesar on this blog!!!

I agree with those who say that the TV producer was just trying to set up the Dog Whisperer to get money from him. Cesar is a genius who has saved dogs and save humans by teaching all of us humans how to be pack leaders. God bless Cesar!

Cesar is a role model for all people and is a gift from God for all dogs. He would never harm a dog nor would he allow someone on his staff to do so. We know the dog was brought to the facility because it had problems but apparently something happened. However, it seems that this individual could have dealt with the issue well short of filing a lawsuit.

Cesar Has more knowledge and empathy of and for dogs than anyone I have ever seen. I am sure that the unfortunate event that occurred at his facility troubled him deeply and that he and his staff acted appropriatly on information given by the dogs owner(s).

Cesar has done more for dogdom than anyone in history besides God. Eventually someone is going to try and take down his kingdom, probably because of jealousy. If one dog stressed out on him one has to think of the hundreds, if not thousands, of dogs/humans he has helped. Eventually he will have a dog that doesn't respond well to the stimuli. You have to know all sides of the story before blaming Cesar. I would trust him with my entire pack and go train with him in a nano-second if given the chance. Cesar you are a true hero to the dog/human world. Keep up the good work.
